GMA-7 actor Benjamin Alves and model Chelsea Robato are officially married.
Their union took place on Sunday, January 28, 2024, at Santuario de San Antonio Parish in Forbes Park, Makati City.

Chelsea emanated sheer radiance as she gracefully walked down the aisle, adorned in a bespoke Francis Libiran wedding gown, while Ben exuded elegance in his tailored suit, also designed by the renowned designer.
Celebrities spotted at the wedding included Yael Yuzon (fifth from right) who served as a groomsman for Ben.
Meanwhile, Miss Universe Philippines' creative director Jonas Gaffud (far right) and GMA-7's Senior Vice President Annette Gozon-Valdes (second from left) were among the principal sponsors.
Just days before their wedding, PEP.ph (Philippine Entertainment Portal) and other media outlets had the opportunity to speak with the couple about their upcoming nuptials.
The interview was held at the third-anniversary party of Zion Philippines last January 12, 2024, in Solaire Resort and Casino.
Benjamin said, "Parang every day when we wake up, like when we tell each other, parang, 'Oh, 15 days na lang' or '14 days na lang.'
"Because we went from... 13 months, 13 months ago. So, ngayon, ilang days na lang."
Benjamin mentioned that he and Chelsea would have tied the knot sooner if it weren't for the pandemic.
"I think the only thing that was stopping us was pandemic.
"So,we wanted to make sure... kasi both of our families are in the States.
"I had to make sure that they were able to come home for it.
"Kahit nga yung nagpaalam ako sa parents niya, I had to go through yung dati pa nating procedure for going abroad because it was during the pandemic."
After their wedding, Benjamin and Chelsea plan to go on their honeymoon abroad. They haven't chosen a destination yet, but want to visit a place neither of them has been to before.
Benjamin said, "Trying to figure out kung saan mag-ha-honeymoon...
He added, "Just as long as it's a place na di pa kami nakakapunta pareho so... E, siya, naka-travel siya sa malayo.
"Marami na siya napuntahan, so it's kind of hard."
The couple hopes that by the end of the year, their next announcement will be about having a baby.
Benjamin told the press, "Hopefully, we have good news by the end of the year.
"Yan lang naman yung ano namin, basta, kasal kami and we're in a good place.
"And if we're blessed to have any good, even better news for 2024, then why not?"
