Fans of the hit '90s teen-oriented TV show T.G.I.S. were overcome with nostalgia after Angelu de Leon shared her photo with former co-star Kim delos Santos on social media.
Posting on Facebook, Angelu wrote, "REUNITED"

She also put the hashtags #tgis, "kimdelossantos" and "vivababies."
The names Peachy and Tere pertain to the characters portrayed by Angelu and Kim, respectively, in the popular series, which also starred Bobby Andrews, Michael Flores, Raven Villanueva, Onemig Bondoc, and Red Sternberg, among others.

T.G.I.S. aired on GMA-7 from August 1995 to November 1999 and was produced by Viva.

ANGELU REKINDLES NOSTALGIA AMONG DIEHARD T.G.I.S. FANS
Netizens who grew up watching T.G.I.S. couldn't help but recall the show's heydays upon seeing Angelu and Kim in one photo.
"My idols since 1995 TGIS. Graduated in H.S.," commented a netizen.
Another remarked, "TGIS hay... Nice seeing you both [heart emoji]."
Someone wrote, "Happy to see you both batang 90s here."
There's also a comment calling Angelu and Kim "my childhood idols," while someone expressed her wish for a reunion of the T.G.I.S. cast.

The photo of Angelu and Kim together was taken at a community event held at a basketball court, where they were seen distributing grocery items to residents.
Angelu shared a video from the event on her Facebook account.
Currently, Angelu serves as a councilor for the 2nd district of Pasig City.
Wrote Angelu as caption (published as is): (A) Relief Distribution mula sa aking kaibigan Kim Delos Santos.
"Si Kim ngayon ay base na sa Amerika at isang certified nurse.
"Nung nakita niya ang nangyari sa ating lungsod nung tumama ang Bagyong Carina ay agad siyang nakipag-ugnayan sa atin para makapaghatid ng tulong."
The video was accompanied by the music "Walking on Sunshine" by the British rock band Katrina & The Waves, which famously served as the theme song for T.G.I.S. in its opening credits.

KIM DELOS SANTOS IS IN THE PHILIPPINES
On her Instagram account, Kim shared a few snaps of her vacation here in the Philippines.

Aside from T.G.I.S., Kim is also fondly remembered for her portrayal in the afternoon drama series Anna Karenina, where she played one of the lead roles.

In 2004, following her separation from husband and on-screen partner Dino Guevarra, Kim stepped away from showbiz and relocated to the United States.
There, she attended nursing school and became a dialysis nurse at a clinic in Houston, Texas.
To support herself, she worked in a restaurant and took on various odd jobs.

She continued her nursing education, ultimately becoming a psychiatric mental health nursing trainer.
