Iniaalay ni Rita Daniela ang kanyang panalo sa korte sa mga katulad niyang biktima rin ng pang-aabuso, panggagambala, at pangmomolestiya.
Ito ay kasunod ng kanyang tagumpay sa inihaing kasong acts of lasciviousness laban sa aktor na si Archie Alemania.
Sa Instagram kahapon, October 26, 2025, nagbahagi si Rita ng isang quote card kung saan isang mensahe ang ipinaabot niya sa publiko.
Ayon sa Kapuso singer-actress, malaki ang pasasalamat niya na binigyan siya ng mga taong nagbigay ng gabay at suporta sa kanya.
"Thank you God for everything·
"Thank you God for blessing me with people who have great hearts who have been helping me and still believing in me no matter what."
Ang tagumpay raw niyang ito ay para rin sa mga biktima na walang boses at lumalaban para sa kanilang karapatan.
Pahayag ni Rita: "The justice I received today is not just for me.
"This is also for all the women and men who were abused, harassed and molested that didn't have the voice and platform to fight for their own rights.
"So, I am celebrating this justice with you.
"Today, we all won. We won. God loves us."

THE DECISION
Hinatulang guilty si Archie sa kasong acts of lasciviousness ng Branch 2 ng Metropolitan Trial Court ng Bacoor City noong Oktubre 23, 2025.
Naging basehan ng guilty decision ng court ang "paghingi ng tawad" ni Archie kay Rita.
Bahagi ng nakasaad sa desisyon ng korte: “Based on the factual finding that the apology text of the accused referred to his actuations inside the car, he effectively admits his complicity which is analogous to voluntary admission that allowed the truthful prosecution of this case.”
Pagkakakulong ng mula isang buwan at isang araw hanggang isang taon at isang araw ang naging hatol sa aktor base na rin Article 336 ng Revised Penal Code.
Kailangan ding magbayad ang aktor ng civil indemnity na PHP20,000 at moral damages na PHP20,000 din.
Noong April 29, 2025, naghain ng "not guilty" plea si Archie sa kasong acts of lasciviousness sa isinasagawang preliminary investigation ng piskalya sa kasong kinakaharap ng aktor.

Noong April 2, 2025, naglabas ng warrant of arrest ang korte ng Bacoor para kay Archie.
May karampatang piyansa itong PHP36,000 para sa pansamantalang kalayaan ni Archie.

Magkasama noon sina Rita at Archie teleserye ng GMA-7 na Widows' War, na pinagbidahan nina Bea Alonzo at Carla Abellana, nang mangyari ang insidente sa pagitan nila.
Mag-iisang taon na sa October 30, 2025, mula nang maghain ng reklamong acts of lasciviousness si Rita sa Office of the Prosecutor ng Bacoor City.
