Limang taon nang magkasintahan ang negosyanteng si Matthew Lhuillier at ang girlfriend, ang American content creator at fashion advisor na si Jolie Jurkovich.

September 2025 nagsimulang ma-link si Matthew kay Chie Filomeno nang i-promote ng aktres sa kanyang Instagram Story noong September 22, 2025 ang Bisaya Brew beer nina Matthew.
Kasunod nito ang pag-unfollow nina Chie at ex-boyfriend na si Jake Cuenca sa isa't isa sa Instagram.
Nagpahiwatig ang kanilang aksiyon na tinuldukan na nila ang kanilang relasyon.
Matapos nito, noong September 29, umapela si Chie sa publiko na huwag nang idamay ang pangalan ng mga Lhuillier ng Cebu sa kung anumang isyung kinasasangkutan niya sa kasalukuyan.
Umingay na kasi sa showbiz ang ugnayan nila ni Matthew, na mula sa kilalang angkan at mga negosyante sa Cebu, kay Chie.
Sa kanyang Instagram Story, ibinahagi ni Chie ang saloobin ukol sa mga nababasa at naririnig niyang isyu tungkol sa kanyang buhay at ng pamilya Lhuillier.

Sa Instagram noong October 10, nag-post si Chie ng larawan ng mga bulaklak.
