Dennis Trillo, 45, is looking forward to taking on more challenging projects as he begins another chapter with GMA Network, including the possibility of working with some of the country’s biggest stars outside the network.
The Kapuso actor renewed his contract with GMA-7 on August 4, 2026, marking his 20th year as a loyal Kapuso.
Asked what made him decide to continue his relationship with GMA-7, Dennis cited the trust the network has given him since the beginning of his career.

He recalled how his home network took a chance on him when he was still a newcomer and entrusted him with major projects.
Dennis said: "Mula noon hanggang ngayon.
"And after twenty-plus years, ganun pa rin yung ginagawa nila.

Looking back on his journey since he first signed with GMA in 2003, Dennis said one of the biggest changes he has experienced is gaining confidence, both personally and professionally.
He recalled: "Noon, talagang sobrang mahiyain ako, e.
DENNIS TRILLO'S UPCOMING PROJECTS
For his next chapter with the network, Dennis said there are still plenty of things he wants to explore such as action projects that continue to gain popularity.
Dennis revealed that he is set to reunite with fellow Kapuso actor Ruru Madrid in the upcoming primetime series Hari ng Tondo.

The two previously worked in the award-winning film Green Bones in 2024.
"Actually, ngayon, nauuso yung action.
Dennis's upcoming film Amir is an official entry to the 2026 Metro Manila Film Festival.

DENNIS BEING A KAPUSO A-LISTER
With Dennis taking on back-to-back projects, PEP.ph (Philippine Entertainment Portal) asked if he feels pressured by his status as one of GMA’s A-list stars.
He admitted that the pressure is always there.

Dennis also eyes creating meaningful projects with actors he admires.
Among his dream co-stars outside GMA-7 are Coco Martin, John Lloyd Cruz, and Piolo Pascual.

He expressed his desire to work with them, saying: “Outside of GMA, siguro maganda ring makatrabaho si Coco Martin.
"Noon ko pa siya gustong makatrabaho.
"Sina John Lloyd Cruz and Piolo Pascual, ayan yung mga pinapangarap kong makatrabaho.
