Sinubaybayan ng marami ang mga balita at kuwento tungkol sa pag-alis ni Kim Atienza sa Kapamilya Channel at sa paglipat niya sa GMA Network.
Pero may isang tao na hindi na alam ang mga nangyayari kay Kim dahil nag-unfollow siya sa social media account ng dating weatherman ng TV Patrol.
Ito ay si Marco Gallo.
Dinamdam ni Marco ang komento ni Kuya Kim sa kanyang sagot nang tanungin ng entertainment press ang binata sa virtual media conference ng Ang Manananggal na Nahahati ang Puso tungkol sa pagsali sa Miss Universe Philippines 2021 ng dating ka-love team niyang si Kisses Delavin.
Nakangiti at pabirong sagot ni Marco: “If she is listening right now, Kisses, post a little bit of your life more.
"All we see on your Instagram are Colgate and Palmolive. That is all we see, your sponsors.
"Post a little bit of your life. We do not know anything about your life anymore."
Pero hindi ito pasado kay Kuya Kim.
Komento ng TV personality: “Your private life need not be shared on social media Marco.
"She is blessed she has lots of endorsements. You should be happy for her.
"Back to you guys."
"I WAS PISSED OFF..."
Sa panayam ng Cabinet Files kay Marco ngayong Martes, October 5, sinabi niyang nagulat siya sa naging reaksiyon ni Kuya Kim kaya hindi na siya follower ng bagong Kapuso.
Pahayag niya, “It’s been six years I’m in the industry, and I always tell my close friends when they ask me what happened, it’s tiring in a way that you cannot please everyone.
“They like to write stuff on the Internet without even watching the video, or just because they read it, it doesn’t mean that’s the way I said it.
“I was even joking, in a light mood, and I was being positive towards Kisses.
"And then they were, like, saying so much stuff about it, even Kuya Kim Atienza."
Hindi raw inakala ni Marco na magiging isang malaking isyu ang mensahe niya kay Kisses.
Sabi niya, “Did I say that I wasn’t happy for Kisses?
"To be honest, I would have hoped that Kuya Kim would have understood more because he’s in the industry and he has a lot of experience.
“I was actually surprised by his comments because I look up to him. I follow him on Instagram. I love his content and I find him so wise.
"But I just don’t agree with the comment that he said. He should have understood where I am coming from.
“Personally, I don’t like bringing other people down, so before I make comments, I really try to understand where that person is coming from."
Hindi ipinagkaila ni Marco na in-unfollow niya si Kim sa social media.
“After awhile, I did [unfollow him], because I was pissed off by [his comment].
“I was surprised by it because we have common friends, because he rides bikes and stuff.
"And just seeing his stories on my feed, I was, like, I don’t wanna see this guy for now.
"Right now, I don’t follow him anymore," malumanay na sabi ng Filipino-Italian actor.
