Hosted by seasoned and reliable host Paolo Bediones with Lara Morena, ang 37th Star Awards for Movies ay kinatampukan din ng bonggang performances mula sa magagaling na OPM artists.
Pinangunahan ito nina Ice Seguerra, Christian Bautista, at ang mag-asawang Jessa Zaragoza at Dingdong Avanzado sa isang natatanging duet.
