Awra Briguela is very proud of his dad's recent achievement.
On March 12, 2024, the 20-year-old star happily posted about the graduation of her family's patriarch Oneal Brian A. Briguela.

Along with snaps from the day of the ceremony, Awra's post contained a caption that read: "Congratulations on all your well-deserved success, Pa! [heart emoji] [male graduate emoji]"
Based on the photos, Oneal just earned his master's degree in Business Administration.
Stories uploaded on Awra's Instagram page also showed that her dad completed his studies at the Philippine Christian University (PCU).
The momentous occasion was made more special with the presence of the entire Briguela family, including Awra's paternal grandparents.

Oneal's new milestone came five years after finishing college in 2019.
Awra wrote at the time (published as is): "Congrats papa! So proud of you!! Sabi nga nila its better than late, than never.
"Kaming lahat nang anak mo sobrang saludo sayo! Kase pinakita mo samen kung gaano kahalaga ang pag aaral! I love you papa!! Congrats ulet!"
In an exclusive interview with Karen Davila in December 2021, Oneal talked about his college journey.
"Nagsimula po ulit ako sa first year college. Thirty-two years old na ako noon.
"Ako yung pinakamatanda sa batch namin na gumradweyt."
Oneal added, "Noong una po, nahihiya ako, e. Pero mindset ko, pakapalan na lang ng mukha ito.
"Kung di ko kakapalan ang mukha ko, walang mangyayari.
"Pero awa naman po ng Diyos, habang tumatagal, mas na-a-appreciate nila yung ganoong mindset."
He also revealed then that it was Awra who paid for his tuition and expenses.
