A historic first in the Philippines, the awards ceremony took place on Thursday, December 14, 2023, at the Philippine Arena in Bulacan.

Despite her absence on the red carpet, Kathryn still garnered the loudest cheers from fans when she finally graced the main show.
Alongside her former boyfriend, Kapamilya actor Daniel Padilla, she received the AAA Fabulous Award for TV/Film.

Kathryn looked stunning in her all-white ensemble, showcasing a nude-colored corseted bodice that created the illusion of a two-piece gown.
This gown was meticulously designed by fashion designer Anthony Ramirez.
Kathryn's attire took a glamorous boost with her chunky diamond ring and dangling earrings, both adorned with diamonds, courtesy of Mei Diamond Jewelry.
Celebrity stylists Kimi and Boop Yap showcased their styling expertise, enhancing her over-all appearance with an air of elegance and sophistication.
The credit for Kathryn's stunning appearance goes to her glam team, featuring makeup artist Owen Sarmiento, who accentuated her morena beauty with soft-glam makeup, and hairstylist John Valle, responsible for her glamorous mid-part ponytail hairstyle.
