Born in February?
The shortest month of the year is also universally known as the month of love.
Interestingly, how it came to be was rather tragic.
According to legend, Roman Emperor Claudius II wanted to bolster his army that he forbade young men to marry.
St. Valentine defied the ban and performed secret marriages. This led to his execution on February 14, around 270 A.D.
February is also known as the month for those under Aquarius and Pisces zodiac signs.
Those who were born before February 19 are Aquarians—who are said to be intelligent, independent, and innovative.
An astrologer interviewed by the Bustle.com also revealed that they can be stubborn, rebellious, and unemotional, too.
Those whose birthdays fall on February 19th until 29th are Pisceans, who are known for being kind, compassionate, and easygoing, but they tend to be negative thinkers.
But the most fascinating study about this month has revealed that February babies may be fame-bound.
Published in Science Publications, three students from the University of Arkansas in the United States found that more celebrities were born in February than in any other months.
In Hollywood, to name a few, there’s Harry Styles, who was born on February 1; Shakira on February 2; Jennifer Aniston on February 11; Rhianna on February 20, and Drew Barrymore on February 22.
