Ang BPCI ang nasa likod ng Binibining Pilipinas beauty pageant.
Ngayong gabi ng November 7, 2022, naglabas ng pahayag ang BPCI sa pagkalas nila sa Thailand-based pageant.
Bahagi ng pahayag: "Binibining Pilipinas Charities, Inc. (BPCI) officially withdraws from Miss Grand International (MGI) and will no longer renew its franchise.
"We thank the organizers of Miss Grand International and wish them the best in their future endeavours."
Pangako pa ng organisasyon, hindi sila titigil sa pagsasagawa ng world-class pageants.
Dagdag pa sa pahayag, "With that said, we remain committed to delighting our followers and sponsors through the productions of world-class pageants that help propel Filipinos to reach their fullest potential and achieve greatness in an international stage.
"For almost 60 years, we have built BPCI’s legacy in producing a stellar roster of international winners and over the decades we have enjoyed the immense support of our fans.
"We will be forever grateful for their dedication, passion, and love for Bb. Pilipinas and our Queens."
Matagal nang inuudyukan ng Pinoy pageant fans ang BPCI na kumalas na sa MGI dahil may "favoritism" at "cooking show" daw ang beauty pageant na pag-aari ni Nawat Itsaragrisil.
Mas lalo pang uminit ang panawagan ng netizens sa Pilipinas na huwag na mag-renew ng prangkisa ang BPCI sa MGI dahil sa hindi pagkapasok ni Miss Grand Philippines Roberta Tamondong sa Top 10 sa finale ng Miss Grand International 2022 noong October 25, 2022.

Dahil sa pagre-resign ni Miss Grand International 2022 fifth runner-up Miss Grand Mauritius Yuvna Rinishta, in-appoint ng organisasyon si Roberta bilang kahalili niya.

May kumakalat namang balita na, diumano, kukunin ng Miss World Philippines (MWP) Organization ang franchise ng Miss Grand International.
Kaya maaari pa ring magpadala ng kandidata ang Pilipinas under MWP ni Arnold Vegafria.
Nagpunta si Vegafria sa West Java, Indonesia para sa final show ng 10th Miss Grand International bilang pagpapakita niya ng suporta kay Roberta, na isa sa mga alaga ng ALV Talent Circuit, ang kanyang talent management agency.
