Dinala sa ospital si Neri Naig Miranda noong Biyernes, November 29, 2024, matapos ang ilang araw nitong pagkakakulong dahil sa kasong syndicated estada at mga violation sa Securities Regulation Code.

Ito ay mula mismo kay Jail Superintendent Jayrex Bustinera, na spokesperson ng Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP).
Ayon sa balita ng GMA News Online ngayong araw, December 1, pinadala umano ng korte ang businesswoman-actress sa ospital para sa isang medical evaluation.
“RTC Branch 112 ordered the BJMP to bring PDL Nerizza Miranda to a hospital for medical evaluation...
"The court order was issued because of the request of PDL Miranda's lawyer,” pagkumpirma ni Supt. Bustinera sa GMA News.
Ayon pa sa ulat, hindi tatagal ng limang araw ang medical evaluation ni Neri.
Pagkatapos nito ay ibabalik din siya sa kanyang piitan sa Pasay City Jail Female Dormitory.
NERI NAIG's TRIP TO HOSPITAL, A STANDARD PROCEDURE
Klinaro naman ng BJMP spokesperson na normal lang ang pagdadala kay Neri sa ospital, at hindi ito dahil sa karamdaman.
“Standard procedure ang health evaluation during the intake process in all BJMP facilities and there was no noted health issues during her intake.
"The recent hospitalization was the request of her lawyer," pahayag ni Bustinera.
Matatandaang inaresto ng pulis sa Pasay ang dating aktres noong November 23, dahil sa 14 counts of Securities Regulation Code violations at syndicated estafa, na walang piyansa.

At dahil nag-file ng motion to quash ang mga abogado ni Neri, sa January 9, 2025 itinakda ang susunod nitong hearing.

Sa kulungan na magseselebra ng Pasko at Bagong Taon ang celebrity.
Ginigiit ng kampo ni Neri na wala siyang kasalanan, at endorser lamang siya ng Dermacare, ang kompanyang sangkot umano sa isang investment scam.
