Pinagbigyan ng Pasay City Regional Trial Court Branch 112 ang motion to quash ng kampo ni Neri Naig Miranda kaugnay ng warrant of arrest sa negosyante at dating aktres.
Ang motion to quash ay isang remedyong legal kung saan ang akusado ay pinapayagang kuwestiyunin ang legalidad ng warrant of arrest.
Ayon sa pahayag ng abogado ni Neri, na lumabas sa ABS-CBN News Online ngayong Miyerkules, December 4, 2024, dahil sa pagpayag ng korte na muling suriin ang warrant, inatasan ng judge ang Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP) na pakawalan sa kanyang pagkaditena si Neri.

Dahil dito, magkakaroon ng reinvestigation ang Office of the City Prosecutor sa warrant of arrest ni Neri.
Pahayag ni Atty. Aureli Sinsuat, "The court has also ordered her immediate release from custody, pending the reinvestigation of the case by the Office of the City Prosecutor.
"The reinvestigation will provide an opportunity for Neri to respond to the allegations against her. We are hopeful that the reinvestigation will clear Neri of any wrongdoing in the Dermacare/Beyond Skin Care Solutions case."

NERI NAIG WILL NOT GOING BACK TO JAIL
Kasabay ng pagbasura sa warrant of arrest, ipinag-utos din ng Pasay City RTC Branch 112 ang agarang pagpapalaya kay Neri.
Pahayag ni Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP) spokesperson Jail Supt. Jayrex Bustinera sa GMA News, "The BJMP received the court order issued today by RTC [Regional Trial Court Branch] 112 ordering the release of Nerizza Miranda."

Taliwas ito sa mga unang haka-haka ng netizens na baka mag-Pasko at mag-Bagong Taon si Neri sa kulungan dahil non-bailable ang kinahaharap nitong syndicated estafa cases.

Nakapagpiyansa na si Neri sa kinahaharap na 14 counts of violation of Securities Regulation Code sa halagang PHP1.7M noong Sabado, November 30, 2024.
