Will Ashley, known for his roles in Prima Donnas, Unbreak My Heart, and his stint on Pinoy Big Brother (PBB): Celebrity Collab Edition, is set to star in the highly anticipated sequel of the movie Bar Boys, titled Bar Boys: After School.
On Sunday, June 29, 2025, the official Facebook page of Bar Boys announced the casting of Kapuso actor as Arvin, a working student who juggle his gruelling job and law school.
"He started out as the gifted child—talented, smart, and exceptional. He could have been more if he had more. Unfortunately, the world is not fair to those who don't have money," Bar Boys said about Will's character.
But despite his circumstances, he remains strong and determined to give his family a better future.
Will auditionED for the character before entering PBB
Aside from revealing Will’s character in the film, Bar Boys also disclosed that he auditioned for the role two weeks before entering the PBB house as an official housemate.
While inside the PBB house, Will once expressed his utmost desire to play a role that he auditioned for and he will feel disapppointed if he will not be able to do it.
He did not mention the name of the project, but it turned out to be Bar Boys: After School.
Will is now part of the Big 4 of PBB Celebrity Collab, along with his duo, Ralph de Leon.

Bar Boys: After School is the follow-up to the 2017 hit comedy-drama Bar Boys, which starred Carlo Aquino, Rocco Nacino, Enzo Pineda, and Kean Cipriano, and directed by Kip Oebanda.
Kip also directed the award-winning 2024 film Balota, which starred Will alongside Marian Rivera, Raheel Bhyria, Royce Cabrera, Gardo Versoza, Sue Prado, Sassa Gurl, Donna Cariaga, Nico Antonio, and Esnyr.
