Ikinalungkot ng DonBelle fans ang naging anunsiyo nina Donny Pangilinan at Belle Mariano tungkol sa kanilang tambalan.
Noong Lunes, April 27, 2026, sa episode ng Paano Ba ’To? podcast ni Bianca Gonzalez, kinumpirma nina Donny at Belle na pansamantala muna nilang tutuldukan ang kanilang loveteam pagkatapos ng upcoming film na Tayo Sa Wakas.
Ang Tayo Sa Wakas ang reunion movie ng tambalang DonBelle makaraan ang halos apat na taon.
Ang An Inconvenient Love (2022) ang huling pelikulang pinagbidahan ng dalawa.
Ayon kina Donny at Belle, espesyal sa kanila ang Tayo Sa Wakas dahil bukod sa ito ang proyektong pinaka na-challege sila, dito rin daw nila mas nakita ang kanilang pag-grow bilang individual artists.
Saad ni Belle: "I feel like [this movie fits into our lives] in maybe finding our individuality and identity alone.
"Because this film really requires you to find who you are, and that's where we are now, Donny and I.
"You know, we want to grow as individuals, we want to find our identity."
Dugtong dito ni Donny: "Kasi sometimes it's not about falling in love with your partner— it's about falling in love with yourself, and we forget that sometimes.
"And I think that's one of the biggest things this film will showcase, that you can't forget about yourself, too.
"I think parang ganun, finding our own path and not forgetting our own journeys."
Sa puntong ito ay saglit napahinto si Donny upang huminga nang malalim.
Ang sumunod niyang pahayag ay tungkol sa mahirap na desisyon nila ni Belle hinggil sa kanilang tambalan.
Ani Donny: "We’ve done so many projects throughout the years. Me and Belle decided that for this specific movie, it will be our last DonBelle project for now.
"That's why we’re focusing all our energy to make sure this movie is worth it."
Paglilinaw naman ni Belle, "mutual decision" nila ni Donny ang magpahinga muna bilang loveteam upang mabigyan ang isa’t isa ng mas malawak na oportunidad bilang solo artists.
Saad ng aktres: "It was mutual decision, that's why, yun nga, this project required so much growth for him and for me—and time apart.
"I feel like it would allow us to grow, actually find what we want, find who we are, and come back as better people."

DONNY AND BELLE ADMIT THEY ARE SCARED OF WHAT WILL COME AFTER THEIR LAST FILM
Aminado sina Donny at Belle na may takot silang nararamdaman sa bagong yugtong tatahakin ng kanilang mga karera na hindi na sila magkasama bilang loveteam.
Sabi ni Donny: "Siguro, we're just at a point where we're choosing to support each other through this and each other's growth.
"Obviously, it’s hard because we’re going through it sa shoot na hindi namin alam when we'll get to do scenes like this again, reminiscing the times we'll be on set.
"But we’re just glad that we get to go through this together and we really did talk about this."
Dagdag pa ng aktor: "We’ve been working together for quite a while.
"Since He’s Into Her, it’s been every year, project after project, and it’s something that we’re very proud of.
"We’re grateful that we went through that, which is why we decided this would be the best route for now, and this movie would be perfect for that."
Gaya ni Donny, hindi rin maitatanggi ni Belle ang takot sa susunod niyang haharapin matapos ang kanilang pelikula.
Lahad niya: "It’s scary, yes, but it’s exciting knowing that parang we’re really so dedicated to doing this project really, really well.
"We’re just so excited for what’s ahead for the both of us, there’s so much we’re going to go through.
"It’s scary but it’s okay."

DONNY AND BELLE GRATEFUL TO THEIR FANS
Bagamat magkakanya-kanya muna sina Donny at Belle, hindi raw nila makakalimutan ang kanilang mga tagasuportang nagmahal at kasa-kasama nila ng ilang taon.

Alam daw nilang ang fans ang unang maaapektuhan sa kanilang desisyon, ngunit naniniwala rin silang mauunawaan ng mga ito ang kanilang kalagayan, para sa kanilang personal at professional growth.
Pahayag ni Donny: "I don't think DonBelle is ever going to disappear. That's something we've really built, and our supporters mean the world to us.
"We would do anything for them talaga.
"But this is a decision we've made because more than being a loveteam, we're also actors.
"And this is something that will help us as we navigate through our next decision in life with what projects we want to take, and how we want to further level up in our craft.
"Of course, it's not something we just thought overnight... We really have been talking about this."

Pangako naman ni Belle sa kanilang fans, kahit hindi na sila magka-loveteam ni Donny ay patuloy raw nilang susuportahan ang isa't isa.
Sabi niya: "Whether that's working with each other or not, we're really supportive of each other.
"And this is the best step [toward] growth, and that's why we're really decided on doing it.
"Iniisip din namin yung supporters namin. Iba yung love nila sa amin, and we really appreciate yung support and pagmamahal nila."

BELLE ON DOING PROJECTS WITHOUT DONNY
Hindi lingid sa publiko ang matagal nang usap-usapan tungkol sa pagiging solo artists nina Belle at Donny matapos silang gumawa ng magkakahiwalay na proyekto kamakailan.
Si Belle ay kabilang sa pelikulang Meet, Greet & Bye kasama sina Piolo Pascual, Joshua Garcia, JK Labajo, at Maricel Soriano.

Habang bumida naman si Donny sa Kapamilya primetime series na Roja, kasama sina Kyle Echarri at Maymay Entrata.
Kaugnay nito, sa Star Magic Spotlight presscon noong February 23, 2026, natanong ng PEP.ph (Philippine Entertainment Portal) si Belle kung hindi ba siya nanibago na hindi kasama si Donny sa proyekto.
Mabilis na sagot ni Belle: "Yes. Noong una, alam mo nag-usap kami isang beses ni Donny, sabi ko sa kanya, 'Hala, kinakabahan ako, hindi kita ka-work.'
"Kasi, di ba, mayroon na kaming dynamics together. Pero I feel like it’s very much needed since he’s doing Roja and I’m doing Meet, Greet & Bye, this movie [Tayo Sa Wakas].
"Parang it allowed us to grow more.
"Tsaka parang makikita mo yung maturity kasi parang nag-grow kami.
"So, hopefully, itong movie na ito ay mas mabigyan ng justice yung story and characters po."
Suportado rin daw nina Belle at Donny ang isa’t isa kung sakaling may iba silang makatrabaho o maka-partner sa mga proyektong ibinibigay sa kanila.
Lahad ni Belle: "We are very open. I mean, we’ve spoken about showing support as long as it helps each other grow.
"Whether we work together, with someone else, or apart — as long as the other person grows.
"And what I love about us is that we really support each other, and we’re very open about it."
Noong 2021, kasagsagan ng pandemic, nagsimulang mabuo ang tambalang DonBelle, makaraan nilang bumida sa Kapamilya hit series na He’s Into Her.
Dahil sa kanilang chemistry, nasundan pa ito ng Love is Color Blind (2021), He's Into Her 2 and An Inconvenient Love (2022), Can't Buy Me Love (2023), at How to Spot a Red Flag (2024).
