On the official Facebook page of Team Ryzza, a statement was posted on the night of October 9, 2026, alongside screenshots of emails that contained disturbing messages and a graphic image.

“Hindi ko inaasahan na makakatanggap si Ryzza Mae Dizon ng ganitong message at picture dahil wala naman kami kaaway at inaagribyado na tao,” the post read.
It added: “Sana wag po ganito dahil nakakatakot po makatanggap ng ganitong message at lalo na madalas kami lumabas. Mag ingat po tayong lahat.”
The screenshots showed messages from a sender identified as NLRC-III, with the email address nlrcra03@gmail.com.
One message asked for PHP20,000 for the sender's child's operation, while subsequent messages threatened to involve Ryzza's family if the money was not sent.
The sender also attached a graphic image in a separate email.
The authenticity of the sender's identity and the circumstances behind the messages have not been independently established.
