Malaki ang nagawa ni Coleen Garcia kaya tinanggap ni Billy Crawford at naipagpatuloy niya ang pagsali sa Dancing with the Stars (Danse avec less stars) sa France.

Sabi ni Billy, nang inalok siyang sumali sa Dancing with the Stars, kinausap niya si Coleen.
Lahad ng singer-TV host, “Ang nagbigay ng lakas ng loob sa akin, si Coleen, is my wife. If I didn’t have her full support and if she wasn’t coming… kung hindi siya makakasama sa akin, I would have never said yes.
“But I asked her na parang, ‘Love, ito ay a little over three months na I have to stay there, hindi ko kakayanin na wala kayo. Kaya mo bang mag-sacrifice for three months to be with me while I compete?’
“Without hesitation, siya yung nagsabing, ‘Of course, I’ll be there.’ So, sumama sila. The baby was with us.
“They were there with me. Iyon ang nagbigay sa akin ng malaking check na parang, okay, kakayanin ko to kahit na anong mangyari because my family is there.”
Inilahad ni Billy ang mga injury niya sa katawan, pati ang partner niyang si Fauve Hautot, bago sila isinalang sa finals. Pero sinasabi na lang daw sa kanya ni Fauve na i-enjoy na lang nila, at huwag nang isiping manalo o matalo sila sa naturang competition.

Ang dami raw niyang natutunan sa karanasang ito, sabi ni Billy kay Korina.
“Ang natutunan ko, hard work really does pay off. That’s one. Two, mahalin mo kung ano ang ginagawa mo. You should really love and be passionate about what you do, especially for the craft that you’re working on.
“Three, enjoy. Don’t let anything hold you back.
"And yung pang-apat is everything is possible pala when your family is there with you,” saad ni Billy.
Muntik na rin daw talagang sumuko si Billy nung nasa seventh week na sila ng laban. Masinsinan daw silang nag-usap ng kanyang asawa.
“I had the conversation with Coleen. I remember I was crying. I think that was the seventh week. I had to learn six or seven choreographies in four days and to compete on Friday.
“I remember, umiiyak na ako, sinasabi ko kay Coleen, ‘Magagalit ka ba sa akin if I quit now?’ Kasi hindi ko na talaga kaya. I wanted to stop everything.
“Gusto ko nang umuwi. Hindi ko na kaya. The pressure was too much. Masakit na yung buong katawan ko, et cetera, et cetera.
“Ang sagot ni Coleen sa akin, ‘Yeah, magagalit ako.’ Akala ko naman, isu-sugarcoat niya yung, 'Of course we’re here to support you.'
“Sabi niya, ‘Yeah, magagalit ako. Sayang yung pinuntahan natin dito. You should fight, love. You should give it your best. Pero, if you really can’t do it, we understand.’
“Sabi ko, ‘Hindi, You said magagalit ka. I’ll take that in my heart. I’ll take that in my head na magagalit ka. I’m gonna push for the family.’
"So, that’s what gave me the strength."

“Hahaha! Yes, I admit, it’s kinda crazy,” laughs Korina about having three shows in three different platforms.
“The last time I had three shows airing simultaneously was I in my early thirties — TV Patrol, Korina Today on ANC, and Morning Girls With Kris And Korina.”

Korina celebrated the New Year with the best of Rated Korina showcasing their highest rating and most viewed stories of the year on people, travel, and events.
“We took you around the Philippines, made you laugh and cry, and wowed you all over and over again,” says the producer-host.
Korina also celebrated with co-hosts Kakai Bautista, G3 San Diego, PatP Daza, and Alex Calleja as they talked about their New Year Resolutions on TikTalks.
“I super enjoy this show. I don’t even need to say anything hahaha, tagatawa na lang ako.”

Meantime, Korina Interviews is raking in critical accolades for her one-on-one conversations with known personalities. Its year-ender showed the best, unforgettable moments of the 12 episodes of its first season.
“I’ve always wanted to do this format and am so happy that people love it too. It’s never just an interview. It’s like a convo between friends over food, drinks, or mahjong, hahaha.” Why three shows in three different platforms?
“Well, I’ve always wanted to do these formats. The opportunities just opened. I can. So why not? Happy 2023 every all,” says Korina.

Muntik pang naging four platforms and formats with different flavors and offerings kung natuloy si Korina sa kanyang newscast sa ALLTV. This show could have tightened her grip with broadcast journalism na siya niyang puwedeng i-reclaim.
