Gayunman, kinilala niyang hindi katanggap-tanggap ang below-the-belt comment niya kay Josh.
"Regrettably, I made remarks that were disparaging toward Josh Aquino and hurt many people who relate to his condition as a person on the autism spectrum, as well as those who have loved ones like him."
Alam daw niya ang pinagdaraanan ng mga taong naapektuhan sa kanyang mga nasabi at nagawa.
Rebelasyon niya, mayroon siyang attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), na aniya ay maaaring nakaapekto sa kaniyang impulse control at kakayahang salain ang mga naiisip bago niya ito sabihin.
Pahayag niya: "I can relate to him and to those affected as someone who has also been diagnosed as neurodivergent.
"While this does not excuse my hurtful words or the laughter that followed, I hope people will consider that I was not coming from a place of malice or hurtful intent.
"As someone with ADHD, impulse control can make filtering thoughts difficult.
"An edgy joke might pop into my head, and before my executive functioning can evaluate the social risk, it has already been said aloud.
"I share this not to excuse my behavior, but to provide context.

Inamin din ni Tito P na ang naging reaksiyon ng publiko ang nagmulat sa kaniya sa epekto ng kaniyang mga binitawang biro.
“It took the public backlash for me to realize where the joke was coming from. But that is how people learn,” aniya.

Sa inilabas na pahayag ng programa nitong hapon ng October 14, inamin nilang desisyon nilang burahin sa YouTube at iba pang streaming platforms ang episode na nabanggit si Josh.
Idiniin din ng Machong Chismisan na mula nang magsimula ito noong 2014, layunin ng comedy podcast na maghatid ng katatawanan sa pamamagitan ng malayang talakayan ng mga host at panauhin.
