“But yung presence and level of alcohol, kayang malaman.”

Ibg bang sabihin nito ay hindi pa rin “off the hook” ang respondents?

Diretsong tugon ng NBI deputy director, “Definitely. We are not saying that meron ditong makakasuhan.

“It’s too presumptuous to say, it’s too early to say.

If there were criminal violations committed, who are the offenders, who are the perpetrators, who committed what, anong na-violate nila, how did they commit it, anong support evidence namin?

“Scientific evidence, forensic evidence, ibabangga namin dun sa ibang pieces of evidence.

“I would say, around 80 percent, makakatulong ito sa investigation.

“Despite all the odds, we're doing everything na kakayanin ng ating forensic laboratories.”

SOLID EVIDENCE?

Sagot ni Lavin, “I cannot say for now, but rest assured the public, that we have a very encouraging evidence, we have a very encouraging pieces of evidence.

"Believe me, makikita dito kung may lapses dun sa una.”

May krimen ba talagang naganap?

Tugon niya, “Meron. Maaaring may crime, that’s what I’m saying, that’s about 80 percent of that piece of evidence that we have.

“Again, this is subject to confirmatory, but I was just told that medyo maganda ang development.

“May crime. Let’s leave it at that. May crime dito.”

“In all of the crime scenes, meron magandang developments,” sabi ni Lavin.
