Now that the Miss Universe organization has lifted age restrictions, is beauty titlist Patricia Javier-Walcher ready to vie for the crown?
At 44, she expresses contentment about the roles she embodies at present.
In an exclusive interview with PEP.ph (Philippine Entertainment Portal) at the press conference for the My Daily Collagen Super Series Triathlon, Patricia conveys her thoughts on the pageant's new rules.
"Oh, that's very inviting," she says.
"Pero one thing na I can say, it's good na meron tayong ganitong policy ngayon na meron tayong mga ibang women na puwedeng sumali, na hindi na made-deprive nung bata sila, hindi sila nakasali, di ba?"

PATRICIA JAVIER'S HEALTH ADVOCACY
More than just earning another pageant crown, Patricia is keen on delivering her advocacy to build healthier communities.
She explains, "In my case naman, I think right now, what I have, I'm already ano, okay na ako doon [na] Noble Queen of the Universe yung aking title.
"That's my forever title na siguro kasi with that one, our organization is really more on advocating. So we really love helping the community."

On the possibility of joining Miss Universe, she quips, "Siguro yung bata-bata pa ako kasi mahilig ako ng mag-model, kung ano yung ginagawa na fashion show.
"Siguro ngayon wala na doon yung stage na iyon, tapos na ako sa stage na iyon."

Just because Patricia doesn't see herself in another beauty contest doesn't mean her passion for fashion has also ceased.
"Parang ngayon, mas gusto kong mag-fashion show doon sa community na lagi na makatulong sa mga kababayanan. Siguro wala na yung title na iyon."
Patricia adds: "At saka siguro right now rin, yung title na pagiging housewife or a mother, I need to always focus on that, yun na yung focus ko."
The actress stresses how she, along with her husband, celebrity chiropractor Dr. Rob Walcher, are "advocates of health and wellness."
"Sumasali talaga kami dito sa mga ganitong klaseng event kasi gusto namin makatulong sa mga kababayan natin na maging healthy talaga.
"Maging role model tayo sa mga kababayan natin."

My Daily Collagen Triathlon returns on March 10, 2024 after a well-participated multi-sport event in Subic last year.
With over 400 registered participants from teams across the country, My Daily Collagen aims to take care of the athlete’s skin, muscles and joints to help survive strenuous triathlon training.
In line with this, Patricia introduces Dr. Rob's food supplement drink granules that perfectly match My Daily Collagen's objectives.

She expounds, "Yung mga products natin, every time people buy this from us, there's always a portion of this to Doc Rob Foundation and share the blessings.
"So, para mai-continue namin yung aming mga charity, yung mga taong bumibili or gumagamit ng service ni Doc Rob, nagiging parte sila ng foundation.
"Hindi lang sila nag-heal sa sarili nila, pero na-heal din nila yung community natin."
