Vice Ganda turned a lighthearted moment into a viral talking point after playfully asking the people of Naga City: “Puwede bang i-share iyan sa buong Pilipinas?”
He was referring to Mayor Leni Robredo.
The It’s Showtime host joined Robredo at the 1st Isarog International Hot Air Balloon and Music Festival 2026, held at the Metro Naga Sports Complex on Friday night, May 1, where the two shared heartfelt and humorous exchanges onstage.

Addressing the crowd, Robredo expressed her gratitude to Vice for agreeing to headline the event, even with just a single invitation.
“Hindi lang sila lahat taga-Naga. Dumayo sila just for you. Kaya maraming-maraming salamat,” she said, noting how fans from across the Bicol region gathered to see the comedian perform.
Vice, in turn, responded with equal warmth and a dose of signature humor: “Anytime po, i-text niyo po ako. Ano man mangyari, pupuntahan at pupuntahan ko kayo. Masaya akong naririto.
“Lahat ng panawagan niyo sa amin, didinggin namin. Sana dinggin mo din ang panawagan.
“Naga is our heart. You are our heart. You are our hope. We need you to cotinue hoping for a wonderful future not just for our families, but for the entire Philippines.”
Vice has been a staunch supporter of Leni since her presidential candidacy in 2022.

Before the two exchanged words of gratitude, Vice delivered a speech that quickly drew cheers from the crowd and later made rounds online.
He expressed: “Maraming, maraming salamat po sa pag-imbita sa akin dito. Thank you very much to Mayor Madam Leni, talagang sinadya kita dito. I miss you, Madam!
“Sa buong Pilipinas, kayo ang pinagpala. Kayong mga taga-Naga, kayo ang pinagpala sa buong Pilipinas. Kayo lang yung may mayor na ganyan.
“Ano ba iyan, pahiram naman. Puwede bang i-share iyan sa buong Pilipinas? Pa-share naman. Gusto din namin ng ganyan. Gusto namin maranasan yung nararanasan ng Naga.
“Puwede ba maranasan iyan sa buong Pilipinas? Excited talaga akong pumunta rito sa Naga.”
Leni simply smiled throughout, occasionally giving Vice a tap on the back.
