KIM RODRIGUEZ
Back in 2013, there were speculations that Kiko and Kim Rodriguez were dating. They were doing the indie Chasing Boulevards and hanging out in between filming. Kim refuted the rumors.
Kim told PEP.ph (Philippine Entertaintment Portal) in an interview, “Nagkasama po kami ni Kiko sa Reel Love Presents Tween Hearts noon.
"Doon kami nagkakilala at naging magkaibigan… Kung nakikita po nilang close kami ni Kiko, iyon ay dahil magkaibigan po kami.”
Kiko also denied that he was courting the Kapuso actress, saying, “Katulad ng sinabi ni Kim sa mga interview niya, friends lang kami."
However, in May 2015, Kiko revealed he had been courting Kim for almost a year but she was too busy with work to get into a relationship.
He told PEP.ph, "Ipapakita ko sa kanya na kaya kong maghintay, nandito lang ako, yun yung pagmamahal.”
Neither Kiko nor Kim confirmed their relationship, even when they continued to be seen in public being sweet to each other as well as in their postings on Instagram,
BARBIE FORTEZA
In July 2016, months after talks about Kiko and Kim being linked together seemed to have died down, the actor admitted to dating Barbie Forteza. also a Kapuso actress.
Kiko said at a presscon for GMA Network's Sinungaling Mong Puso, “We’re dating, we’re getting to know each other, we hang out a lot.
“She’s beautiful and she’s a wonderful actress. Sobrang galing niyang umarte, award-winning,"
Barbie also confirmed she and Kiko had been dating for the past three months. But in the following month, Barbie herself announced it was over.
DEVON SERON
In 2018, Kiko opened up about his relationship with the Kapuso actress Devon Seron.
According to him, they officially became a couple on "August 8, 2018."
However, in March of 2021, speculations they've split up arose when the two unfollowed each other on Instagram.
The rumors rose to fever pitch when Kiko deleted all his posts and Devon wrote a cryptic message on her page.
In April of the same year, Kiko admitted he and Devon had split up.
Meanwhile, the Kapamilya actress and former PBB housemate Heaven Paralejo denied being the third-party in their breakup.

HEAVEN PERALEJO
In August of 2021, Kiko and Heaven angered many netizens with their respective posts on Instagram that revealed their relationship.
Most of them blamed Heaven for the breakup of Kiko and Devon.
Kiko defended Heaven, explaining during his inverview by Ogie Diaz in the latter's vlog released on August 24 that he and Heaven became a couple on May 30, 2021, three months after he and Devon broke up on Valentine's day that year.
But then, just a month after, in September, Kiko unfollowed Heaven on Instagram, sparking another speculation of a breakup.
It was later confirmed by Heaven, who described their relationship as "heaven and hell".
JANELLE LEWIS
Kiko's relationships never fail to surprise netizens. It happened again just recently when they saw the Tiktok video of Kiko literally playing sweet music with Miss World Philippines 2021 2nd Princess Janelle Lewis.
In the short video, Kiko is seen gazing adoringly at Janelle who is lip-syncing a song.
Netizens also took screenshots of the two in another sweet moment as captured in Janelle's Instagram story.
At the presscon of her movie Takas (2022), Janelle admitted she and Kiko have been seriously dating.
She said, “A few months pa lang po kami. I won’t say how many na lang, para wala na pong isyu na lumabas na baka sabihing third party ako or anything.”
Asked if she had anything to do with the Kiko-Heaven breakup, Janelle replied, "They were finished a few months before I came in to the picture.”
